Remote Workspaces

If you have been provided with remote TrialDriver Workspace in the Amazon Cloud, then you need not install TrialDriver on your local computer.

Instead your workspace is already set up. You can connect to your workspace in one of two ways

  • Download and install an Amazon Workspace client for your operating system (recommended)
  • Log in to your workspace in a web browser (slower and lower quality; is known to freeze occasionally requiring a reconnect)

However you choose to connect, go to https://clients.amazonworkspaces.com get the Workspace client or open in the browser.
You can also check the quality of your connection on this page.

First Time login to your Workspace

Before you can log in to your workspace you will need to provide a "Registration Code", which is the name of the network in which your workspace resides.
This code is provided to you in the "welcome" mail you received from study management, along with your workspace login name and password.

Entering the Registration Code is a one-time operation
